  1. Who We Are
    PixelSenses Inc. ("PixelSenses," "we," "us") provides AI-powered video creation tools with optional publishing to TikTok and Instagram.

  4. Legal Bases (GDPR)
    We rely on contractual necessity to provide the service, legitimate interests for analytics & fraud prevention, and consent for connecting TikTok and Instagram accounts.
  5. Sharing & Disclosure
    We never sell your data. We share it only with:
    • Cloud infrastructure & analytics vendors under data-processing agreements
    • TikTok and Instagram (Meta Platforms, Inc.) when you publish or manage posts
    • Authorities when required by law or court order
  6. Retention & Deletion
    Account data is retained while your account is active. TikTok and Instagram tokens are deleted within 5 days of disconnection or account deletion. You can request deletion anytime via Settings → Delete account or by emailing privacy@pixelsenses.ai.
  7. Security
    We use TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, least-privilege access controls and periodic penetration testing.
  8. International Transfers
    Data may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions with adequate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
  9. Your Rights
    Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, object to certain processing, or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
  10. Children
    PixelSenses is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we discover such data, we delete it promptly.
  11. Changes to this Policy
    We'll post any changes here and update the "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be emailed to registered users at least 7 days in advance.
